Sign up
Join us for a 5 km lap around the centre of Liverpool, at anytime from Midday Saturday 17th October to Midday Sunday 18th October, at Moose William Jessop Way, Princes Dock, Liverpool.
It's completely free to take part and the laps are open to all abilities, with run leaders present to guide you.
You can run as many or as few laps as you would like.

How can I get involved?
Take part
Taking part couldn't be simpler. There's no sign up fee and you don't even have to register in advance (though it does help us in our planning). Just turn up at the venue at any time during the 24 hours and join the next lap,
Due to the event being a continuous relay we can't advertise exact lap starting times. However, we offer sign-up windows spanning half an hour to give you plenty of time to arrive at the venue, drop off bags, use the facilities and attend the pre-lap briefing.
You can run or walk as many, or as few, laps as you would like. We will also post updates on social media and share a live tracker on event day so that you can plan your arrival.

Donate
There is no donation required to join in, however, if you enjoy your lap (or laps!) with us then we would appreciate a donation to our fantastic cause. Every £30 that we raise covers the cost of a warm bed and full wrap-around support for someone who really needs it.
Spread the word
Let your friends and family know that you are running with us, share the event on social media, or even set yourself a personal fundraising goal. Big or small, every donation makes a huge difference.
Bring your club / Business
Bring your running club, colleagues, friends or family, the more the merrier!
If you are planning on bringing your club/Business, please fill out our sign up form so that we can manage our capacity and allocate run leaders accordingly.
The event is also a great way to use workplace volunteer days and take advantage of any fundraise match offers your company may provide.

Volunteer
We are always on the lookout for trusty volunteers, including experienced running club 'run leaders', to support our events. Please complete the form below and we will add you to each event team that you sign-up for.
We are not just on the look-out for run leaders, we could use help with marshals, photographers and videographers.
