Communications and Content Lead (Trustee)
- Oversee branding and public messaging.
- Manage the website and social media strategy.
- Ensure appropriate consent for image/media use.
- Protect the reputation of the charity.
Independent Trustee
- Provide independent scrutiny and challenge.
- Participate in the appraisal of the Chair/CEO.
- Review financial and safeguarding oversight.
- Ensure decisions are evidence-based and compliant.
Graphic Designer
- Create the base templates for the content officers to use at the direction of the Communications & Content Lead
Event Asset Coordinator
- Create and order event day assets including the hand-held flags and running flags used at events.
Social Media Content Officer
Produce content at the direction of the Communications & Content Lead for one or more of the following platforms:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
Accountant
- Review the books and filings of the organisation.
- Review the financial plan of the treasurer to ensure compliance with charitable standards.
- Prepare the annual accounts.
- Advise on financial controls.
- Support the independent examination process.
- Provide technical accounting guidance.
Charitable Lawyer
- Assist with questions regarding charitable law.
- Review contracts and other legally binding documents.
- Advise on constitutional and regulatory compliance.
- Provide governance advice where conflicts arise.
Birmingham, Lead Event Coordinator
- Arrange a suitable venue for their event.
- Arrange host club(s) to provide the necessary number of volunteers for their event.
- Find a Charity for the event to support.
- Coordinate event advertisement with the charity, including press releases with the Content & Communications trustee.
- Arrange sufficient funding for the event to cover all expenses, through working with the treasurer.
